Thanks everyone for a such wonderful stay for one night. It was in a central setting right on the sea front. Furthermore, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Roundham Head Headland.

It was very close to the slopes and local attractions, marvellous and brilliant location overall. Found time to see Paignton Harbour, that's within walking distance of the property. The rooms were relaxing & absolutely gorgeous where the bed was located in front of the window. An iron, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk were a nice touch.

Everything is very good here, had a real good stay for 2 nights. The staff are professional, and the host too. The room is spotless and airy with a four poster bed, has free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a modern bar.

It was really a great hotel for a trip to Paignton. I recommend you to eat at The Boathouse, that is set 200 metres away. It took 5 minutes to reach Preston Sands on foot: D
